Own, modern and elegant apartment
Logem ent au top. Yvan is an extremely kind and always available host to help and facilitate the stay of your tenants. We have passed 15 superb days. Furthermore, the location is located 10 minutes from the embarcadere. Two large shops nearby. Merci encore à Yvan qui maîtrise le français, ce qui était un plus pour nous."

Everything was beautiful!
The apartment is very nice and in a quiet and non-annoying location and close to the center of Como and from the ferry station. The apartment owner is helpful and responsive

This apartment was an amazing place to stay! The space was incredibly generous, offering a complete apartment experience rather than just a hotel room. It even had a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, and microwave. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower room was sparkling clean. Checking in was very smooth thanks to the easy-to-use code lock system, which was perfect for our late arrival. The entire apartment felt modern and fresh, and its location near Como city center was fantastic. There's even a private parking spot in a small yard next to the apartment with EV charger available that was very cool.
We will come back for sure!
